This Video Step by Step Upgrade Imaage IOS Software On Cisco Switch Catalyst C9200
Upgrade from 17.06.04 to 17.12.04

Step-1:  - Download Image IOS software  from Cisco Sofware
Link: https://software.cisco.com/download/cart?imageguid=44D18E4254A9972DE7E7FAC1763C301F01CC5E14/
 Step-2: Config IP add Interface Mgmt  (Gi0/0) on Switch, and test ping makesure reacable ping from laptop to swith and viceversa.
Bellow Command on Switch:
conf t
vrf definition Mgmt-vrf
ip default-gateway 192.168.254.1
ip route vrf Mgmt-vrf 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.254.1

interface gigabitEthernet 0/0
   description MGMT-OOB
   ip address 192.168.254.254 255.255.255.0
   vrf forwarding Mgmt-vrf
   no shut
exit

Noted : IP add on my laptop: 192.168.254.2/24

Step-3: Install tftp64 on laptop, after that  copy vaste image IOS sofware switch to laptop on folder C:\Program Files\Tftpd64

 Step-4: Type Command on Switch:
switch# install remove inactive

Step-5: Upload image IOS sofware from Latop to Switch on of directory flash:/  via TFTP
copy tftp://192.168.254.2/cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.12.04.SPA.bin flash: vrf Mgmt-vrf

 Step-6: Install Software on Swith..
swith#  verify /md5 cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.12.04.SPA.bin
(copy vaste to code verfication  form switch to MD5fee checksum, to  verification matching code) If, math next to install

Step-7: Install and Commit
switch# install add file flash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.12.04.SPA.bin activate commit

 Step-8 : Reload for Reboot
Switch# reload
 SUCCESS....!!!
